Produce a massive trade show in Javits Convention Center, NYC hosting over 1,000 brands and 10,000 attendees… and do it twice a year.

My team was recruited to redesign, revamp, and reinvigorate NY NOW. This included everything from re-merchandising the entire floor plan to creating new activations to introducing influencer marketing to hosting brands found nowhere else. In other words, making NY NOW a necessity for the latest and greatest brands and retailers.

When it came to showtime, my primary goal was to make everyone happy. I spent five days running back and forth across the convention center introducing myself to brands, making sure they had what they needed to succeed, and gather feedback. After months and months of planning, a show season was gone in a heartbeat.
